Rarity - The most amazing unicorn in the world. She's just so... fancy, and sassy, and classy... for a horse...
 
Celty Sturluson - She can even talk and she's best character in the anime.
 
John Watson - Just look at him and all his sweaters. Him and Sherlock are the just so cute. As friends. Sooo cute.
 
Morgana - At first, I thought she was kind of a creeper, but I'm starting to grown on her. And she's amazingly pretty. Those cheekbones.
 
Caroline Forbes - She was ridiculously annoying as a human, and got so much better as a vampire, but now her unsupportiveness of Elena and Damon, sire or not, is loosing her awesome points, but not enough to bump her off the list.

Neal Caffrey - The classiest con man in New York. And he's actually so adorable. Him and Peter are almost as adorable as Sherlock and Watson. As friends.
